Kent RO service and repair in Delhi NCR
Kent machines are the most common brand we are called out to in Delhi NCR, and the faults are predictable. On the Grand and Grand Plus the usual culprits are a choked sediment pre-filter, a failed solenoid valve, and a UV lamp that has quietly stopped firing without the indicator changing. Kent's own service contracts route through a call centre and typically quote a per-visit charge plus parts at list price. We attend within 24 hours, diagnose on site, quote before touching anything, and fit genuine membranes and filters. There is no charge if we cannot fix the fault. A Kent machine out of warranty can also be put on our AMC at ₹2,500 a year, which is usually less than two of its own service visits.
Aquaguard, Livpure and Pureit service in Delhi NCR
Aquaguard (Eureka Forbes) units fail most often at the booster pump and the float valve, Livpure at the membrane housing o-ring, and Pureit at the pre-filter housing where the plastic threads strip after a few changes. All three are stocked parts on our service vehicles, so most of these jobs finish on the first visit rather than becoming a two-trip repair with a day in between. We service them whether or not the machine is in warranty and whether or not it came from us. If your unit is still inside the manufacturer's warranty we will say so and tell you to use it, because paying us for work the maker owes you free is not a deal we want.
Blue Star, HUL and assembled units
Assembled and unbranded machines are a large share of what is installed across Jaitpur, Badarpur, Sarita Vihar and the older Noida sectors, and most national service networks will not touch them. We do. The one honest caveat is part availability: on an assembled unit we check what is sourceable on the first visit and tell you straight away if a housing or a pump is going to be hard to find, rather than letting the job drag. Where a part is genuinely unobtainable, renting a fully maintained machine from ₹399 a month is usually cheaper than rebuilding the one you have.
What actually fails on an RO in Delhi NCR, and why
Delhi NCR groundwater commonly tests between 800 and 2000 TDS, several times what a domestic RO is designed around, and that single fact drives most of the repairs we do. High TDS scales the membrane, so a membrane that should last two years on municipal supply often needs replacing annually on borewell water. Sediment load chokes the pre-filter, the pump then runs against back-pressure and burns out, and the fault presents as "no water" when the root cause was a ₹150 filter three months earlier. Servicing pre-filters every three months is the single cheapest thing you can do to avoid a ₹2,200 membrane and a ₹1,600 pump. We set out what RO service should cost in Delhi NCR part by part.

A standard service visit (filter cleaning, TDS calibration and a full check) is ₹250 at your door, with any replaced parts quoted separately and approved by you before fitting. If you are on one of our rental plans, servicing, filters and repairs cost you nothing at all.
The three most common causes are a choked sediment or carbon pre-filter, a failed solenoid (SV) valve, and a dead booster pump. All three are stocked on our service vehicles, so a no-water fault is normally resolved on the first visit.
Every three months for pre-filters, and the RO membrane roughly once a year. Sooner on high-TDS borewell water, which is common across Delhi NCR. Skipping pre-filter changes is the single biggest cause of premature membrane failure.
