A room heater rents from ₹200 per month anywhere in Delhi NCR. The longer the tenure, the lower the monthly rate. Two kinds of heater, for two different jobs. An oil-filled radiator (9 or 11 fins, on castor wheels) holds a bedroom warm all night without drying the air, and a compact blower heater puts quick heat into a small room or a bathroom. Every unit goes out with a tip-over cutout and a thermal fuse and is tested before it leaves the workshop. A blower is ₹200 a month on a season plan and a 9-fin radiator ₹800, which is a fraction of buying one and storing it for the eight months of the year Delhi does not need it.
You need a heater for roughly four months and store it for eight. Buying one means paying full price for a third of a year's use, then losing cupboard space to it. And most heaters that die, die in storage rather than in use.

Delhi NCR genuinely needs heating from about the third week of November to the middle of February. Ten to twelve weeks, and only in the rooms people sit and sleep in. A heater bought for that gets used for a quarter of the year and stored for the rest, usually badly, so the season after it comes out with a bent fin or a dead fan. On rent it is ₹200 a month for a blower and ₹450 to ₹550 for an oil-filled radiator, we deliver anywhere in Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, and we collect it in March.
They are not interchangeable. A blower heats a small room fast, runs loud, dries the air hard and should not be left running while you sleep. An oil-filled radiator takes twenty minutes to come up, is silent, holds the heat after it cuts out, and is the only one of the two we would put in a bedroom with a child in it. The rule of thumb we give people: blower for a bathroom or a room you are in for an hour, 9-fin radiator for a normal bedroom, 11-fin for a large bedroom or a small living room. If you are unsure, tell us the room size and who sleeps in it and we will say which one to take.
A 2000W blower and an 11-fin oil radiator both draw about the same at full load, and at Delhi domestic tariffs running either for six hours a night through a ten-week winter costs meaningfully more than the rent does. The radiator wins in practice because its thermostat cycles it off once the room is warm, while a blower runs flat out until you switch it off. That difference, not the sticker price, is the real cost gap between the two.
Heaters and geysers spike in the same fortnight, and 11-fin radiators are the first thing to go. Book by the end of October if you want a specific type. We will fit a geyser and drop a heater on the same visit, and there is no separate delivery charge for the second appliance.
