A storage geyser rents from ₹450 per month anywhere in Delhi NCR. The longer the tenure, the lower the monthly rate. It is a 10 L · 15 L · 25 L storage unit suited to winter, oct-march · flats, pgs & hostels. The rent covers the appliance, free delivery and fitting, servicing, and the replacement of any part that fails. A refundable deposit of ₹1000 applies and the minimum rental period is three months.
Storage geysers from 10 to 25 litres, mounted with the bracket, MCB and pressure-release valve done properly rather than left to you. A 10 litre unit suits one bathroom on light use, 15 litres a family bathroom, and 25 litres two bathrooms sharing hot water. Rent starts at ₹450 a month on a 12-month plan and covers fitting, the element, the thermostat and a descaling service each winter. Book by mid-October. Geysers are the sharpest seasonal spike we have and 15 L and 25 L stock is usually gone by the first week of November.
A geyser is dead weight for half the year, and in Delhi NCR's hard water the heating element and thermostat are consumables, not permanent parts. Renting turns both problems, the idle half-year and the scale, into someone else's line item.

The geyser, the wall bracket, the plumbing and electrical hookup, a pressure-release valve and an MCB, free element and thermostat replacement if either fails, and a descaling service each winter. Nothing in that list is billed separately.
₹1000 on every size, fully refundable when the geyser is returned. That is separate from the rent and is not an advance against it.
