RentWay rents RO purifiers from ₹399 per month for domestic plans. Copper + alkaline models start at ₹499/month and commercial plants from ₹799/month. Rent covers the machine, installation, servicing and all filter replacements — there are no extra charges.
Is installation free? How soon can I get the RO installed?
Yes, installation, fitting and plumbing are completely free. In most parts of Delhi NCR we install the same day or within 24 hours of your call on 8826236635.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
A refundable security deposit of ₹1000 is collected at installation and returned in full when you discontinue the service and the machine is picked up in working condition.
Who pays for servicing, filters and repairs?
We do. Free servicing every 3 months, free filter, membrane and candle replacement, and free breakdown repairs are all included in your monthly rent for the entire rental period.
Is renting an RO cheaper than 20-litre bottled water jars?
Yes. An average household spends about ₹600 a month on bottled jars and still has to reorder, store and lift them. Renting starts at ₹399 a month for unlimited 24x7 purified water straight from your tap.
Which areas of Delhi NCR do you cover?
We serve all of Delhi NCR — Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad (including Indirapuram, Vaishali, Vasundhara), Gurugram and Faridabad, including nearby areas such as Sonipat, Bahadurgarh and Loni.
Is there a minimum rental period or lock-in?
The minimum rental period is 3 months. After that you can continue month to month or discontinue any time with 7 days' notice — no cancellation penalty.
Do you also sell RO purifiers and provide AMC?
Yes. Apart from rentals, Kanak Enterprises deals in new RO sales, repair service for all brands, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for homes, offices and commercial setups across Delhi NCR.
What if I shift my house within Delhi NCR?
Relocation within Delhi NCR is free. Just inform us a day in advance and our technician will uninstall and reinstall the RO at your new address at no cost.
Does the RO work with borewell or high-TDS water?
Yes. Our RO + UV + UF systems with TDS controllers handle high-TDS borewell and tanker water common in Delhi NCR, and deliver safe water at 60–150 TDS with essential minerals retained.
Is RentWay the same company as RO Hi RO?
Yes. RentWay is the new name for the RO rental service previously run as RO Hi RO by Kanak Enterprises. Same team, same phone numbers, same plans and the same rental terms — only the brand name and website address have changed. Existing customers need to do nothing.
What happens if the RO breaks down or stops working?
Call 8826236635 and a technician is at your address within 24 hours, at no charge. If the machine cannot be repaired on site we replace it with a working unit rather than leaving you without water. Repairs, spares and replacement are all covered by your monthly rent.
How do I pay the monthly rent?
By UPI, bank transfer or cash, whichever suits you. Rent is billed monthly with no advance beyond the refundable security deposit, and GST invoices are provided for commercial connections.
Do you rent RO purifiers to offices, shops and restaurants?
Yes. Commercial plants start at ₹799 a month for 25–50 litres per hour, suited to offices and clinics of 20 to 60 people, and ₹999 a month for 50–100 LPH, which covers restaurants, showrooms and larger offices. Installation, plumbing, monthly preventive maintenance and all consumables are included, and GST invoices are issued.
