Common questions
Buy if you are settled in your own home for the long term and want to own the asset. Rent if you are in a rented flat, want zero maintenance cost, or want to avoid a ₹12,000-₹25,000 upfront spend. At ₹399 a month, renting takes about four years to equal the cost of buying, and over those four years the rental covers every service, filter and repair, which an owned machine does not.
Yes, all of them, plus Blue Star, HUL and unbranded assembled units, whether or not the machine came from us and whether or not it is in warranty. Common failure parts for the major brands are carried on our service vehicles, so most jobs finish in one visit. If your machine is still inside the manufacturer's warranty we will tell you to use it rather than charge you.
Our basic annual maintenance contract is ₹2,500 a year for a domestic purifier, covering four scheduled visits, all three cartridge filters, TDS calibration and unlimited breakdown call-outs with no per-visit charge. Comprehensive cover, which adds the RO membrane, booster pump and solenoid valve, is quoted on the machine and your water quality. Commercial plants are quoted on capacity.
