Who we are, and why the name changed
RentWay is the RO rental arm of Kanak Enterprises, a water-purifier business run out of Jaitpur in South East Delhi. We have been fitting, servicing and repairing purifiers across Delhi NCR since long before the rental plans existed, which is the whole reason the rentals work: the machines are maintained by the same technicians who repair them for a living, not by a call centre that books a third-party visit.
Until recently the same service traded as RO Hi RO. The name changed to RentWay; nothing else did. Same owners, same technicians, same phone numbers, same plans, same rental terms, same workshop. If you were a RO Hi RO customer, your plan and your rent are untouched and you do not need to do anything.
We rent rather than sell as our main business because most of Delhi NCR's water problem is a maintenance problem, not a machine problem. A purifier bought outright fails inside two years when nobody changes the sediment filter, and on 1200 TDS borewell water, nobody changes it often enough. On rent, the filters, the membrane, the pump and the visits are our cost, so keeping the machine alive is our problem rather than yours.

What you can hold us to

The workshop and machine stock sit at that address, which is why installation is fastest across South East Delhi, the Badarpur-Faridabad belt and Noida.
Every rental is fitted by our own technician against a written plan and a receipt for the ₹1000 deposit, and the deposit is refunded in full when the machine is collected in working condition. There is no advance rent beyond that deposit, no lock-in past the three-month minimum, and no cancellation penalty.
